it's possible that it was read only but it is not currently.

Thank you, but it still says "server readonly -- tasks waiting for harddrive fix"
I killed the running torrent and started it again, and there's no change. I'm wondering if I should start the whole process over.

the yellow striped server is irrelevant now. that task ran successfully.

I thought so from all the zeroes. So there must be some other reason the download isn't authorized. Are there any other trackers besides bt1.archive.org:6969/announce and bt2 . . . ?
